Description:
My client, a very well recognised accounting practice based in more than 6 locations nationwide, is looking for an AUDIT MANAGER.
This role will be based in the Audit department in the Cavan office andwill report into the audit partner.
The main responsibilities will be to:
* Manage a portfolio of audit clients across avariety of industries
* Take responsibility for successfully delivering audit and accounting engagements within agreed timelines, including client and team communications
* Responsible for managing and reviewing the work of the audit team
* Develop and maintain proactive working relationships with audit clients, ensuring they meet their regulatory and compliance requirementsKey Requirements
ACA , ACCA or CPA qualifications (mandatory)
Previous supervisory, team lead or managerial experience
Excellent attention to detail and technical skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
An effective and motivated team player
Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
