THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited is partnered with a growing ﾃつ｣50M turnoverGlobal Drinks Manufacturer based in London. Their looking to hire a Billing Coordinator, to work in a small finance team of 5 atake control of the Billing function, reporting into the Finance Manager.
BILLING COORDINATOR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
* Invoicing of all delivered orders in SAP in line with month end calendar
* Supporting order processing team in resolving billingand pricing related queries in timely manner to ensure accurate fulfilment of all customer orders, in line with company's On Time in Full metrics
* Management of order invoicing and crediting process in SAP ensuring alignment with company financial requirements
* Timely issue of accurate payment documentation to customers via EDI, Vendor Central and e-mail
* Accurately maintaining up-to-date customer list pricing and commercial discounts in SAP and supervising the pricing change process
* Management of all customer pricing queries
* Maintaining and distributing Daily Sales Reports on regular basis.
* Assist the AccountsPayable /Accounts Receivable Team with Debt recovery.
* Support Commercial Finance and Accounting Teams as necessary
BILLING COORDINATOR KEY EXPERIENCE
* Experience of Excel essential - proficient with VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Excel Graphs
* Knowledge of SAP would be beneficial.
BILLING COORDINATOR SALARY IS UP TO ﾃつ｣30,000 BASE + 10% BONUS + BENEFITS
