My client, one of Ireland's top Underwriting Agencies is looking for a Bookkeeper with Insurance background.
The role involves management of the broker accounts process as well as liaising with the wider company and external partners. You will be responsible for management of the accounts process with our network of brokers, and the role may extendto a wider accounts role within the organisation. Some of your responsibilities will include:
* Managing incoming queries, liaising with the underwriting team to resolve where appropriate;
* Issuance of statements on a monthly basis;
* Reconciliationof paid transactions;
* Development and management of appropriate reports, including aged debt and reconciliations;
* Workingwith the management team to ensure broker accounts processes are efficient, documented and compliant with regulatory obligations;
* Reporting to the management team concerning broker accounts.
This role will suit:
1) a highly organised and structured individual who is capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
2) Experienced (and qualified) bookkeeper,ideally coming from insurance background, but not mandatory.
