HOME BASED

THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited is exclusively working with a well-established andrapidly expanding firm who are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager / Asset Finance Advisor / Commercial Finance Advisor / Asset Finance Broker / Commercial Finance Broker / Business Finance Advisor / Business Finance Broker to join their highly successful sales team.
Covering a variety of finance areas including car finance, asset finance and invoice factoring you will be setting up relationships and agreements with providers and converting leads that are ready to go.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Proactively identifying and targeting prospective customers across the full spectrum of financial solutions offered
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
* Identifying further opportunities and referrals within existing clients
* Providing a consultative approach to clients to offer them the best financial solutions for their needs
* Providing thorough proposals for clients and negotiating these
* Attending meetings with clients over video and face to face
* Ensuring all advise is accurate and in accordance with financial regulations
* Working with the wider administration team to ensure clients receive an excellentservice at all times
THE PERSON:
* Experience in a similar Business Development Manager / Asset Finance Advisor / Commercial Finance Advisor / Asset Finance Broker / Commercial Finance Broker / Business Finance Advisor / Business Finance Broker
*Proven track record in exceeding financial targets
* Able to set up agreements with new clients
* Able to work with minimalsupervision
* Self motivated
* Excellent communication skills
