CLIENT SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR - INVESTMENTS
LONDON (HYBRID WORKING, 3 DAYS OFFICE, 2 DAYS REMOTE)

We're supporting an award winning and long-established fund management and investment management business located in London. The business works with across the UK and International with financial Intermediaries, and as part of their expansion, they need to hire an experienced Client Support Administrator to join the team.
The successful candidate will have an experienced in a similar Client Support Administrator role within an investment business. The business is growing so this role presents an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual.
THE CLIENT SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:
* Interacting with a multitude of third parties, Independent Financial Adviser's (IFA)/Private Clients, as well as internal team members and stakeholders,
* Responsibility for the Fund Management client support pooled mailbox, providing prompt response to client requests andenquires, including prospect queries, sourcing materials and collating answers from the wider Investment team.
* Responsible for new client onboarding, including the preparation of paperwork for new clients, responsible for IFA documentation; Agreements,Terms of Business, transfer forms, liaising with third parties, both internal & external to provide the client with a professional and timely onboarding experience.
* Responsible for IFA client access, liaising with clients and the required platforms to attain access in a timely manner, keeping the client informed with your progress.
* Accurately updating and maintaining the internal Client Relationship Management database with client documentation, client details, ad-hoc administration and MI to assist with our provision of an excellent client service.
* Build and develop a good knowledge of existing clients, prospects and intermediaries; including how they are structured, how they operate and their due diligence requirements.
THE PERSON:* Must have experience in Client Services Administrator role within an IFA, Fund Management or Investment Platform business.* Strong administrative, customer service and relationship building skills.
* Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, both verbal and written, effective though thorough and always polite
* Good Microsoft office skills, numerate with strongattention to detail.
* Strong organisational and planning skills, ability to work to tight deadlines.
* Ability to liaise with internal & external stakeholders, effectively mediating good outcomes for the team/business.
