As a Commercial Executive - M&A, you will play a vital role in driving our company's growth and success.

Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Executive to join our dynamic team which is HQ'ed in Roscrea.
In thisrole, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating areas of growth within the group as well as new business opportunities external to the group.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and senior leadership,to analyse market trends, assess potential risks and rewards, and develop comprehensive strategies to achieve successful outcomes.

Responsibilities
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential acquisition targets and evaluate their strategic fit within our organisation.
Perform financial modelling, due diligence, and valuation analysis to assess the viability and potential value of M&A opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute acquisition strategies, including deal structuring, negotiation, and integration planning.
Prepare detailed business cases, investment memorandums, and presentations for senior management and key stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and the competitive landscape to identify emerging opportunities and risks.
Monitor and evaluate the post-acquisition performance of portfolio companies to maximize synergies and drive operational improvements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry professionals, and strategic partners to enhance deal sourcing and execution capabilities.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience in mergersand acquisitions, investment banking, corporate development, or related roles, preferably within the commercial sector desired.Strong financial acumen and expertise in financial modelling, valuation techniques, and due diligence processes.
Exceptionalanalytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
In-depth knowledge of the Irish business landscape, regulatory environment, and market trends.
Ability to travel as required for client meetings and deal negotiations.
