THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited is working exclusively with growing recruitment business in Shipley. They're looking to hire a Credit Controller to join a busy Accounts team of 6 and report into the Finance Manager.
CREDIT CONTROL DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
* Reviewing invoice details generated by the ordering systems and verifying accuracy and completeness.
* Processing invoices into Sage.
* Credit Control
* Ensuring correct allocation of invoice collection dates andmethods
* Daily cash allocations to customer accounts.
* Chase any overdue accounts to ensure prompt receipt of cash.
* Report on ageing balances and make recommendations for accounts to be put on hold or closed.
* Build relationships with operational business teams to collaboratively resolve customer billing and account queries.
* Provide analysis to support ledger clean-up and any write-off activities.
* Month end reporting tasks.
* Any ad-hoc tasks or analysis as required.
* Assisting the central finance team when required.
* Assisting in creating and improving current processes.
CREDIT CONTROL DESIRED EXPERIENCE
* Sage Line 50 experience desirable
* Intermediate MS Excel
* Credit Control / Accounts Receivable experience of 2years +
FOR THIS THE CREDIT CONTROLLER WILL RECEIVE A COMPETITIVE SALARY OF UP TO ﾃつ｣25,000 BASE + BENEFITS
