CREDIT CONTROLLER/ BOOKKEEPER RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Credit Controller you will be expected to spend 70% doing the following:
CREDIT CONTROLLER PERSON SPECIFICATION:
* Chasing customers for payment of O/Sinvoices
* Take credit card payments
* Assessment of credit limits
* Litigation where necessary
* Process customer statements - monthly
* Update aged debtors KPI - weekly
BOOKKEEPER PERSON SPECIFICATION:
As Bookkeeper you will be expected to 30% doing the following:
* Prepare General Ledger and supporting accounts within SAPB1 system
* Reconcile all accounts and monthly preparation of financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, Variance Analysis and Cash flow* Prepayments, accruals and depreciation journals
* Reconcile bank accounts daily/monthly
* Reconcile Sage Pay daily/monthly* Statutory Returns (VAT returns, EC Sales return, PAYE and NI)
This job would be ideal for candidates who have experience in the following roles; Credit Controller, Collections Advisor or simply have Credit Control experience, Bookkeeper.
