Due toexpansion, we are looking to recruit an experienced Credit Controller to join the finance team in a leading Co Laois business.This is a permanent, full-time position.
The Role:
* Managing the debtor ledger and being responsible for the maintenance of credit limits and monitoring client terms
* Ensure the adherence to company and statutory regulations in the retrieval of debt via phone, letter and email
* Reconcile accounts and issue statements whilst also resolving customer queries
* Collection of debtor balances and reporting on collections on a monthly basis
* Liaising with teams internally and externally toensure the payment of fees
The ideal candidate will have:
* 3+ year's experience within a professional credit control position
* Personable with excellent communication skills and ability to develop positive relationships both internally andexternally
* Ability to priorities workload and to meet deadlines
* Excellent computer and Microsoft office skills
* Experience dealing directly with clients and escalating collection procedures
* Strong organisation skills and an ability to maintain meticulous attention to detail
