THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited is working exclusively with a family-owned rental business. They're looking to hire Credit Controller to join a growing finance team to support the Assistant Accountant and the Finance Director in the preparation of the monthly accounts, Credit Control and Accounts Payable
CREDIT CONTROLLER DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
* Issuing emailed reminder letters to customers of debt falling due
* Liaising with customers both verbally and by email chasing overdue debt
* Liaise with customersto resolve invoice queries, communicating with operations to resolve queries
* Creating and uploading direct debits
* Liaise with customers to obtain purchase order numbers
* Create credit notes and issue to customers
* Converting proforma invoices into VAT invoices and issuing to the customer.
* Providing cover on the purchase ledger in periods of absence
* Assist inmaintaining the accounting records
* Other tasks as requested.
CREDIT CONTROLLER DESIRED EXPERIENCE
* Sage 50
* Intermediate MS Excel
* AAT level 3+
* 2 years + in a similar Credit Control Position
FOR THIS THE CREDIT CONTROLLER WILL RECEIVE A COMPETITIVE SALARY OF UP TO ﾃつ｣34,000 BASE + BENEFITS
