THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited is exclusively supporting a long established and successful company located in Watford that is looking to expand their finance team by adding an experienced Credit Controller to theteam. You'll be working closely with the finance team and external customers to reduce debtor days and enhance their customer payments process.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller to join a progressive and expanding business.
THE CREDIT CONTROLLER ROLE:
* Responsible for chasing overdue invoices multiple times a week.
* Manage the posting and allocation of customer receipts in multiple currencies.
* Upload invoices from customers.
* Manage customer credit applications.
* Handle customer queries, requests for statements, reconciliations.
* Responsible for raising credit notes.
*Debtors' reconciliations.
* Support with debtor's reporting for management.
THE PERSON:
* Must have experience as a Credit Controller or have worked in a similar role which contains credit control
* Any experience of working within a multi-currency environment would be an advantage but is not essential.
* IT systems savvy with experience of Microsoft Excel
* ideallyhave worked with SAP, but not essential
* Strong attention to detail and numerically confident
