Get-Recruited is partnered with a highly reputable and growing construction business who are actively seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join their expanding team as aresult of continued growth.
Your main area of focus will be to manage a large, aged debt portfolio of clients with particular emphasis on maintaining those relationships through tactful communication and negotiation when collecting payments. You will be working in a close-knit team of 4 and report directly into the Credit Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity! For someonewith a minimum of 2 years' experience in Credit Control within a B2B or B2C environment.
DUTIES:
* Liaising with customers via telephone and email to chase overdue debt
* Managing a large, aged debt ledger including customers ranging from sole traders to national contractors
* Taking, allocating and reconciling payments working alongside the parent companies finance department.
* Support adhoc Credit Office projects
* Maintain and develop excellent relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
THE PERSON:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Credit controller, Sales Ledger or AccountsReceivable role
* Experience of dealing with high value ledgers
* Experience of working within a B2B environment would be beneficial but not essential
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
