Looking to work in anenterprise environment?
I am currently supporting a leading Financial Services organisation with their search for an Enterprise Service Manager to join their Surrey office. This is an exciting opportunity to provide service management within a brilliant and growing organisation.
As Enterprise Service Manager, you would be responsible for the operational delivery of the Dataand Technology department. You would ensure the department is functioning as efficiently as possible, using Data and Technologyteams to support the processes and maximise operational performance, whilst liaising with 3rd party suppliers to ensure effective supply.
Key Requirements:
* Experience with industry frameworks (ITIL, Agile, DevOps)
* Experience Managing IT Services
* Experience with improvement plans
* Excellent Communication Skills
* ITIL Certified
