My client, on of the Big 4, is looking for an ESG Reporting Associate Director to join their team in Dublin.
The job is permanent and offering hybrid working scheme.
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior professionallooking to build upon their experience to make an impact in the global transition to improved reporting, and ultimately improvedsustainability performance.
In order to be successful you will have:
9+ years experience in ESG and Sustainability Reporting
Deep knowledge of key ESG Regulations including the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive, EU Taxonomy, UK Climate Related Financial Disclosures, International Sustainability Standards Board, etc.
Experience in consulting and/or client-facingrole.
Proven ability to identify and pursue business development opportunities.
Good multi-tasking skillset with an ability to manage multiple engagements concurrently.
Excellent written and oral communication skills and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office programs.
Strong people skills
Comfort working with numbers, and demonstrate critical thinking.
Some of your core responsibilities will include:
Lead in business development activities and proposal development for prospective clients
Manage the delivery of engagements.
Supervising, mentoring, and coaching junior staff including promoting quality.
Helping to lead client relationships and ensuring consistent, high quality of engagement delivery
Helping to design, promote and deliver ESG Reporting campaigns
