Finance Analyst / FP&A Analyst is required for an amazing company, who are growing rapidly operating on a global scale partnering withsome of the worlds technology giants.
As Finance Analyst / FP&A Analyst you will support the sales, finance and commercial teams to bring integrity and confidence to the forecasting and tracking of sales including again both shot and long term business plans.
In reward you will be paid a salary of c. £80,000 p.a. plus flexible working and some great benefits. There is also lots of scope to grow quickly into a more senior position for the right person. This role will be based in the West London office 3 days a week with flexibility to work 2 days from home.
Not only do we need someone who is good with numbers but also is quick thinking, creative, detail orientated and thinks broadly. Along with someone who can challenge the day to day and can make process improvements with a logical mindset.
The successful Finance Analyst / FP&A Analyst will have:
* Qualifiedaccountancy qualification - ACCA, CIMA or similar
* Strong understanding o financial principles including profit and loss, cashflow, as well as transaction flow
* Ability to shape, systemise and drive new processes across disciplines
* Strong financial modelling experience
Your main duties as Finance Analyst / FP&A Analyst include:
* Manage the annual budgeting, forecasting and long term business planning
* Develop financial models
* Business partner Sales teams supporting developmentof their sales process to improve pipeline visibility
* Track business activity to support financial forecasts
* Align financial forecasts with resource planning for delivery teams including analysis and provision of key metrics
* Involved in the establishment of sales targets and commission structures for the sales teams
* Provide reporting and commentary for monthly management meetings, business reviews and budget presentations
