THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited is partnered with a leisure and cultural services provider, with a head office in London and over 300 locations across the UK. The Finance Assistant is based in the Woolwich office and is to support the Head of Finance across daily transactional accounts including Sales Ledger & Accounts Payable.
FINANCE ASSISTANT DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
* Recording purchase invoices and raising sales invoices
* Bank reconciliations and credit control
* Double entry anddata entry
* Banking Reconciliations
* Continuous process improvements
* Supporting the Finance Manager with analysis andreporting
* Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports
* Other ad hoc accounts duties
FINANCE ASSISTANT KEYEXPERIENCE:
* Studying toward AAT or equivalent
* Proficient with MS Systems including Excel
* Experience with accountssoftware systems
* 1 Year experience in a similar role
THE FINANCE ASSISTANT SALARY IS PAYING UP TO £23,500 + BENEFITS + STUDY
