Get Recruited is partnered with a Growing Software Business, with a head office in the Netherlands and locations across Europe and the UK. The Finance Assistant is based in the Redditch office and is to support the Head of Finance across the entire accounts process from daily transactional duties to month end management accounting, including budgeting and analysis and year end accounts. The Finance Assistant is responsible for.
FINANCE ASSISTANT DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
* Accounts receivable - invoicing, credit control, and collections
* Purchase ledger and manage suppliers
* Daily reconciliation of bank accounts
* Process employee expenses
* Providing administrative and clerical support on wider tasks when needed, responding to invoicing queries from our clients and suppliers
* General and ad-hoc admin duties for the Finance Manager
FINANCE ASSISTANT KEY EXPERIENCE:
* AAT/ ACCA / CIMA Part Qualified or Qualified by Experience
* Proficient with MS Systems including Excel
* Experience with Xero desirable
* 2 Year's experience in a similar role
THE FINANCE ASSISTANT SALARY IS PAYING UP TO£25,000 + BENEFITS
