THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited is proud to be partnered with a Leading UK Housing Association based in Manchester. The companyare continuing to grow and are looking to expand their Finance Team with the addition of a Finance Business Partner. As the Finance Business Partner, you'll join an already established team and be responsible for financial appraisals, financial modelling,budgeting, forecasting, planning and will be reporting directly into the Head of Finance
FINANCE BUSINESS PARTNER DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
* A recognised accounting qualification, (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
* Provide clear, relevant advice to support effective decision making in specific business areas for which you will be responsible
* Experience of working within Finance with good understanding of budgeting and accounting principles
* Ability to understand and articulate risks and mitigation's
* Financial analysis and appraisal skills
* Financial Modelling
* Financial Planning and Analysis
* Stakeholder Management throughout the business
KEY EXPERIENCE:
* Qualified Accountant with ACA OR ACCA OR CIMA Qualifications
* Experience of working in a Finance Business Partner / Planning & Analysis role
* Strong MS Excel Skills
* 2 Year's experience in a similarrole post qualified
