THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited is working exclusively with a UK leading supplier of products and services into the Education and Public sectors. They're looking to hire a Finance Business Partner to support the lead Finance Business Partner and Group FD,whilst mentoring a team of two junior Finance Business Partners.
FINANCE BUSINESS PARTNER DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
* Providing timely and accurate information including management reports, business analysis, budgeting, forecasting, business planning and balance sheet reconciliation.
* Track margin variations and trends, analyse - assess and make proposals to improve businessperformance.
* Develop a detailed analysis of KPIs that will help business leaders to monitor and control performance in theirarea.
* Improve efficiency's and productivity by focusing on the utilisation of resources across the business.
* Data analysis, bench-marking, cost benefit analysis, modelling.
* Look for new insights, opportunities and risks surrounding commercialmodels and proactively support business leaders.
* Investment analysis and commercial evaluations for new and existing projects, using NPV, IRR, ROCE and payback calculations. Process controls, policies, and procedures to maintain the integrity of the financial data.
* Annual insurance negotiations and renewals and point of contact for claims.
* Maintain the integrity of allfinancial systems, data, and controls.
* Lead, manage and support the finance team including the day - to - day monitoring ofall financial operations.
FINANCE BUSINESS PARTNER KEY EXPERIENCE:
* Qualified professional with experience in an SME environment, responsible for all aspects of management accounting reporting.
* Strong systems which include the ability to useaccounting software and Excel to an advanced level.
FINANCE BUSINESS PARTNER SALARY IS UP TO £50,000 BASE + BENEFITS + HYBRID WORKING
