Get Recruited are currently supporting a leading company based in Reigate who, due toexpansion, are seeking an experienced Senior Management Accountant.
As the Senior Management Accountant you will be overseeing all management accounting functions and services as well as 2 members of the Accounts team. You will work closely with the Director of Finance to implement new strategies and ideas.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from a Management Accountant / Finance Manager / Financial Manager background who is looking to put their own stamp on a role.
THE ROLE:
* Produceand develop the management accounts, delivering analysis on this to internal management and directors
* Work closely with andadvise budget holders to ensure the accuracy of annual budgets and financial forecasts
* Coordinate the production of the quarterly forecasts and develop the financial reporting system to enable budgetary control
* Hold monthly meetings to discuss andanalyse financial performance
* Develop and implement budgetary control reports
* Where required attend Board and Committeemeetings
* Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
THE PERSON:
* Previous experience within ManagementAccounts and staff management is essential
* Fully ACCA / ACMA / ACA qualified
* Confident to liaise with and advise non-financial managers and directors
* Experience managing financial projects
* High attention to detail
* Strong time management
* Excellent communication skills
