THE OPPORTUNITY:Get Recruited is partnered with a well-established Builders Merchants, based in Hatfield. My client is looking to hire a FinanceManager, to lead a busy team of 4 in Central Finance and Working directly for the Managing Director as a trusted partner. The Finance Manager will be a key member of the Management team and directly influence the direction and success of the businessFINANCE MANAGER DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
* Production of annual financial statements and management of audit process
* Management of corporation tax and HMRC relationship
* Management reporting
* Preparation and presentation of monthly management account, Board reporting and KPIs including Balance Sheet management and inter-company management and duties with the All Needs Group
* Financial Planning and Analysis
* Finance Business Partnering with Key Stakeholders within the business
* Productionof rolling monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts
* Creation and management of annual budgeting process in line with three-year plan
* Creation and Management of Annual and Three-Year Business Plans
* Cashflow reporting and management of working capital in line with business strategy
* Management of commercial and credit insurances and renewals to optimize cover
* Managing Banking and Invoice discounting facilities and relationships and sourcing and evaluation funding to support the growth of the business
FINANCE MANAGER KEY EXPERIENCE:
* Working in a similar Head of Finance or Finance Director role
* ACCA, CIMAOR ACA qualified
* Experience in using ERP systems is desirable
THE FINANCE MANAGER SALARY IS UP TO ﾃつ｣55,000 BASE + BENEFITS
