FINANCE OFFICER
BATTERSEA
£30,000 - £35,000 + BENEFITS

THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited is partnering with a well-established independent school based in Battersea. They're looking to hire a Finance Officer to effectively support the finance function and report into the Head of Finance.
FINANCE OFFICER DUTIESWILL INCLUDE:
* Production of termly fee invoices
* Dealing with parent queries regarding fees and associated costs.
* Regular credit control of all incoming pupil finance streams
* Monitoring and recovery of fee debts, corresponding with late payers and returned direct debits and escalating to the Head of Finance as required.
* Update and maintain fee ledgers to ensure accuracy - including creating new billing accounts when deposits are received
* Manage the collection and recording of pupil's registration fees and deposits
* Oversee all annual bursary renewals in collaboration with the Head of Finance
* Banking of any cheque receipts
FINANCE OFFICER KEY EXPERIENCE:
* Minimum part qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA accountant or qualified by experience.
* Experience of billing and credit control.
* Excellent ICT skills proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
FINANCE OFFICER SALARY IS UP TO £35,000 BASE + BENEFITS
