Relationship Manager - FT - Hybrid
We are looking to recruit an experienced relationship manager to join our team. This role is a full-time position based in Galway incorporating an ability to work from home. You will be reporting directly to the Portfolio Manager. This role will suit an individual looking for a challenging finance role with an opportunity to gain experience in a growing pan-European business.
Responsibilities
* - Connection level case management
* - Meeting and engaging with customers with effective management to progress objectives
* - Credit analysis , decision making, credit submissions and decision implementation
* - Proactive management of customers in line with agreed exit strategy at loan level, including litigation
* - Action CRM system appropriately to ensure accounts are at the correctstatus
* - Work closely with other members of the RM team
* - Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurateKey Requirements
* Qualified Financial Advisor
* A bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
* 3-5 years' experience in debt management, restructuring or workout (commercial)
* Strong negotiation skills
* Relationship management experience essential
* Confidence to assume responsibility and initiative
* Excellent time management, prioritisation and organisational skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent, in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of the CCMA, CPC, MCCand how to apply these through interactions with our customers
* Full driving license, with access to a vehicle for work purposes
