Description:
My client, a global construction and engineering solutions specialist, is looking for a confident and self-motivated Financial Accountant to join their team in Dublin on a 18 months FTC.
The role involves managing accounts including full profit & loss, cash flow & balance sheet reviews. Also, tax returns and the creation & preparation of reports & financial statements. As this position develops in a fast-paced environment, you will need to have the ability to grasp & understand complex issues and the impact on service delivery. So, accuracy, attention to detail and commercial awareness are essential. You will report to the financedepartment and supervise Credit Control & AP/AR area.
In order to be successful, you will have:
* Qualified (ACCA,CIMA)
* Experience of working in medium sized organisation
* Experience in managing Company bank accounts including reconciliation, balance sheet reporting and cash flow
* Experience of operating within the general construction industry
* Experienceof operating in a multi-site operation
* High level expertise in Excel
* Develop positive ongoing working relationships throughout the Company
* Have an independent mind with the willingness to challenge estimates & costs
* Ability to identifyopportunities for improvements within the role & Finance function
* Willingness to travel to other Branches to ensure compliance
Initially, you will attend the Dublin office in Glasnevin full time for traininig and then will be hybrid model.My client offers an attractive salary, very detailed training around Health & Safety policy and procedures, effective use ofcompany systems, between other topics, all the equipment (phone and laptop), pension, 26 days annual leave, and a great environment to develop and grow.
