Our client is currently seeking a skills Accountant to join their team in Galway. This is a full-time permanent position.
This isa hands-on position with heavy contact with Banks and Solicitors relating to loans, bank reporting and more.
Reporting to senior management.
Preparing monthly and quarterly reports for banks.
Preparation of annual cash-flows.
Preparation of y/e financial statements and quarterly management accounts.
Dealing with auditors and tax advisors
Completion of Revenue Returns.
Reviewing bank facility letters with our financial advisors and solicitors.
Satisfying conditions of bank facility letters
Organising loan drawdowns.
Accounting for property sales.
Dealing with tax queries on property purchases and sales.
Answering legalqueries for property purchases and disposals.
Assisting with property department in negotiating leases.
Organising property valuations.
