We have an exciting opportunity for a Financial Client Support Executive to join our client,a leading player in the financial services industry. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with their team of seasoned advisors, helping to shape financial plans and deliver exceptional client experiences. Key Responsibilities: As a Financial Client Support Executive, you will:
* Collaborate with Financial Advisors to gather and assess clients' financial statements and records.
* Utilize Company-approved systems to model various financial scenarios, aiding in the creation of comprehensive financial plans.
* Support the preparation and presentation of client information, addressing inquiries and concerns.
* Assist in serving clients by conducting investment research, making preliminary financial recommendations, and coordinating meetings.
* Facilitate the implementation of recommendations through our expansive investment platform network.
* Ensure the completion of compliance paperwork and adhere to industry regulations.
* Contribute to portfolio reviews,account opening, and compliance requirements.
* Update and maintain the CRM and related systems in line with company policies.
* Maintain communication with advisors, tracking progress and expediting advice completion.
* Engage in continuous learning, proactively enhancing your industry and company knowledge.
Qualifications and Skills: The successful candidate should possess:
* Excellent interpersonal skills for effective relationship building.
* Proficiency in core Microsoft Office applications.
* An analytical mindset with a keen interest in finance, investments, and taxation.
* Strong commercial acumen and intellectual agility.
* Ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

Education & Qualifications:
* Minimum requirement: Bachelor's degree in a numerate field(Finance, Investments, or similar), or a degree with relevant financial training/qualifications.
* Beneficial: QFA - Qualified Financial Adviser or CFP - Certified Financial Planner (or in training), along with a relevant postgraduate degree.
* Willingness to pursue the QFA qualification if not already achieved
