THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited is partnered with a leading manufacturing business in Wigan. My client has gone through progressive YOYgrowth and are looking to hire a qualified Financial Controller to join a busy Finance team, leading a team of two, whilst reporting into the MD and Board.
FINANCIAL CONTROLLER DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
* Manage and develop the Finance team of 2.
*Production of the monthly Management Accounts.
* Balance sheet reconciliations.
* Account Reconciliations.
* Budget and Cashflow forecasting.
* Homes BOM Costings and Stock valuation & control.
* Manage the Purchase ledger and sales ledger.* Manage the credit control function.
* Manage Submissions to HMRC for PAYE, VAT, Pensions.
* Identify efficiency's and process improvements.
* Actively contribute to the Management Team on company-wide challenges and issues
* Review, lead and report on the annual and 5-year cashflow forecast and related reports for the business
* Review and advise on long term financialsystem action plan.
* Prepare a complete set of unqualified year-end financial statements and on other accounting matters where required.
* Lead the annual audits and liaise with the external auditors.
* Prepare and submit Statutory Accounts
FINANCIAL CONTROLLER KEY EXPERIENCE:
* CIMA / ACCA Qualified
* Minimum 5 years demonstrable experience in a similar level Financial Controller role.
* At least 2 years' experience as a qualified accountant in the Manufacturing industry is essential.* Adequate MS Excel skills
* Syspro or a similar ERP software is desirable.
THE FINANCIAL CONTROLLER SALARY IS UP TO ﾃつ｣70,000 BASE + BENEFITS.
