Description:
My client, one of the top consultancy firms globally, is looking for a Manager for their Financial Services Climate Change and Sustainability Services division.
The job is Permanent, Hybrid (twice a week in the office) and based in Dublin.
The Key service areas that my client works on include Sustainability reporting and assurance; Climate change risk; Carbon measurement and management; ESG advisory; Responsible investment.Key responsibilities include:
* Leading medium complex projects to deliver key projects for clients on the wide range oftopics my client works on, listed above
* Leading on business acquisition, which means winning in the market by bringing someof the most innovative projects.
* Being a thought leader in the sustainable finance industry, representing my client at external events and maintaining client and stakeholder relationships.
* Creating innovative commercial insights for clients, adaptmethods and practices to fit operational team and cultural needs, and lead the development of my client's thought leadership onindustry-leading sustainable finance topics.
* You will oversee operational efficiency on projects and lead on internal initiatives, consistently driving projects to completion making sure that the work delivered is industry leading.
* You will head upand lead teams on engagements, keeping a clear focus on anticipating and identifying risks and opportunities.
In order to besuccessful, you will have:
* Track record of success from 8+ years of relevant experience in sustainability / ESG at a financial services firm, sustainability consultancy, investment firm or other relevant organisation
* Demonstrated expertise in one or several of the technical topics we cover in our team, as listed above.
* Demonstrable experience in leading teams
* Strong academic record including a relevant degree.
* Experience running or contributing to a range of projects.
* We are particularly interested in candidates who have a financial or non-financial audit career background.
