As the leader of the finance team, the Head of Finance will spearhead the annual audit process to uphold compliance with stringent accounting standards and fulfill legal and regulatory obligations, including overseeing PAYE submissions. Additionally, the role involves translating financial data into clear, actionable reports and effectively managing the company's cash assets to ensure optimal liquidity and stability.
