SRGEurope are seeking an experienced Head of Compliance (HOC) for an expanding Online Gaming company in Gibraltar. Through the effective management of an evolving compliance team, the Head of Compliance will ensure that thegroup fulfils its regulatory commitments. Working closely with and reporting to the MD and senior management team, the HOC willdrive a compliance first culture and champion all aspects of licensed regulation obligations whilst maintaining a strong and pragmatic commercial outlook.

Head of Compliance Responsibilities:
*
Manage a team of 12 direct reports including Managers for Audit & Assurance, International Compliance, UK Compliance Manager and MLRO's
*
Verification - preventing minors from accessing gambling products (shared)
*
AML/ Fraud - keeping crime out of gambling (MLRO)
*
Social Responsibility- safe guarding the vulnerable from gambling (shared)
*
Product Fairness - independent testing of products, clear rules and terms
*
ASA - ensuring all customer communications meet BCAP/CAP/ASA rules
*
Be the groups expert in the development and implementation of regulations and processes in respect of gambling compliance and governance
*
Ensure all marketingapprovals are consistent across the group and meet the industry standards e.g. ASA, CAP code and GamCare regulations
*
Lead new license applications in consultation with legal partners and regulators
*
Engage with trade industries and consultants to scope out new markets
*
Liaise with other customer facing operations - KYC/Account Security to ensure compliance and regulatory matters are being upheld across the business
*
Work as a liaison with Gibraltar & UK government crime authorities requiring information and reports on security incidents to include local polices, GFIU, NCA, or other law enforcement agencies
*
Manage GDPR compliance
Head of Compliance Profile:

Relevant Compliance qualification isideal but not essential
*
Appreciation of the customer experience with a strong focus on customer relations.
*
In-depth understanding of the gaming industry, products, operators and trends.
*
Substantial practical and theoretical experience dealing with regulatory compliance, verification, AML/ Fraud, ASA, social responsibility and data protection
*
Modern compliance professional mentality

Strong communication and inter-personal skills

Principle based and results driven approach to problem solving
