Description:
FRS Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Payroll & Accounts Assistant for our client based in Co. Offaly.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Payroll & Accounts Administrator will be an integral member of the team.
THE ROLE:
* Weekly Production / Accounts reports;
* Payroll / Timesheets - to include preparation & processing of weekly payroll, employee queries, keeping employee records up to date such as annual leave, sick leave, etc.;
* Bank Rec's;
* Credit Control;
* Supplier Payments andMonthly Supplier Reconciliations;
* Quarterly reconciliations: Actual Sales to Forecast, Chassis Reconciliations, Stock review(at time of stock take), Purchases reconciliation, Wages Analysis;
* Quarterly Management Accounts: Assist the financial controller in the preparation of the management accounts, Assist with Inter-Company reconciliations;
* Adhoc duties as required.REQUIREMENTS:
* 2+ years' experience in a similar role.
* Previous payroll experience is essential.
* Previous SAGE50experience
* Relevant higher qualifications is an advantage but not essential.
* Good IT skills (Experience using excel isa must).
* Ability to handle a busy workload and prioritize work with a high level of attention to detail.
