Description:
Are you a qualified IPASS professional with experience of the full Payroll cycle? This role sits within HR and will have a 70/30 split in favour of Payroll and is a full-time permanent position based in Galway.
This is a very busy hands-on position and you will be a team player when it comes to workloads.
This roledeals with weekly timesheets, holiday entitlements, Bike to Work, Pension and BIK. You will be IPASS qualified and have worked in a stand-alone payroll position covering all aspects for a payroll of 500 or more.
The HR elements of the role are:
* Upkeep and management of employee records.
* Management and analysis of training requirements.
* Drafting and upkeep of employee contracts.
* Audit the legal compliance of the company.
* Monitoring Absenteeism, sick leave etc.
* Management of employee goals and objectives.
* Probation panel reviews.
* Performance appraisals.
Qualifications;
IPASS desired
3 year's experience in a similar role.
Multi payroll system experience would be an advantage including Sage Micropay
Technical knowledge of all statutory payroll and HR legislation in UK and Ireland.
