An exciting position has become available for a Pensions Administrator to join our client based in Co Cavan.

Experience desired:
* 1 - 2 years plus pensions/property and/or investments experience
* Pension scheme administration, ideally with experienceof working with occupational pension schemes
* Retirement and / or pension death claims experience
* Experience of preparingTrustee Annual Reports and pension scheme accounts for occupational pension schemes
* A minimum of 2 years pensions experiencesideally across the full product range of company pensions, PRSAs, PRBs, AVC arrangements and ARFs
* Good telephone manner andstrong customer focus
* A good knowledge of pensions as well as the regulations that govern them
* Excellent organisational skills
* Ability to manage numerous tasks simultaneously
* High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong working knowledge of MS office packages
* At a minimum you will be required to have completed your Leaving Certificate. Ideally you will be educated to degree level or equivalent, but this is not essential.
* Youshould ideally hold the QFA Certificate in Professional Financial Advice
Role Responsibilities:
* Acting as administrator and point of contact for pre and post retirement plans (PRSAs, PRBs and ARFs)
* Communicating with financial advisors and liaising with clients, investment managers, insurance companies etc. in a timely and professional manner
* Validating and processing requests from Brokers in a timely manner relating to proposed investments and claims under our pension contracts
* Dealing withmaturing investments
* Completing all regulatory compliance requirements in particular in relation to our PRSA and ARF products* Maintenance and updating of existing client records
* Managing queries from financial advisors and clients directly
* Delivering a first-class service to our clients in line with our company policies and procedures
* Assuming responsibility for anyadditional tasks and projects
* Supporting the development of the team and working closely with and supporting the other team members
