Description:
A well known financial client is looking to hire a CRE Adminto join their growing team in Co. Clare & Dublin. Due to company expansion, this position has opened up. This role requiresexperience with a administration background and portfolio management.
Responsibilities
* System management and maintenance - Ensure all outputs and strategic decisions from borrower/3rd party meetings are accurately updated onto the system* Customer Service and Relationship Management - Maintain positive working relationships with agents, third parties and the wider business to manage progress of Commercial Property team objectives
* Financial Administration - Raise purchase orders and invoices as required and ensure signed off as appropriate
* Production of credit files and activate credit decisions on the system
* Management Assistance
Requirements
* Relevant Business degree or equivalent qualification
* Excel (Intermediate) Excellent communication skills
* Relevant property management/administration qualification
* Previous experience in financial services and/or property management
