THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited is partnered with a leading Commercial business, with offices in across the UK.The Business are looking to hire a Purchase Ledger Clerk due to continued growth within the business, to join the finance team and support the Purchase Ledger Manager and the wider Finance Team.
PURCHASE LEDGER CLERK DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
* Responsible for Supplier Invoices
* Ensure all supplier invoices are returned in a timely manner for processing.
* Review invoices for any non-standard VAT rates
* Maintain an understanding of any overdue or missing supplier invoices
* Deal with a variety of supplier queries in a professional and timely manner.
* Answer all inbound AP queries
* Support the Purchase Ledger Manager with ad-hoc duties
KEY EXPERIENCE:
* AAT Part-qualified
* IT systems savvy with experience of Microsoft Excel and Sage
* High attention to detail
* A great team player
* Determined and results focused
