Then we have the position for you!Get Recruited is partnered with an award-winning law firm in Manchester who are looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk.The Purchase Ledger Clerk will assist in the processing of invoices and payments for partners and suppliers within the deadlinesset and report directly to the team supervisor.
MAIN DUTIES:
* Keep track of all payments and expenditures, including purchase orders, invoices and statements
* Update check, amend VAT codes to invoices for accurate figures
* Prepare analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
* Continue to streamline and improve accounts payable processes
* Liaise regularly with partners and suppliers.
THE PERSON:
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* 2 years' experience in a similar role
* Experience of using Quill systems would be beneficial
* Legal background desirable but not essential* Intermediate level Excel skills.
