My client, a strongly rooted accounting group based in Kildare, is lookingfor a Qualified Accountant to join their professional team. The job is permanent and on-site in Kildare.
They are seeking amotivated and talented Qualified ACA, CIMA, ACCA or CPA with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience (PQE).
You will take on responsibility for a portfolio of clients by demonstrating a high level of technical expertise. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional looking to further develop their career within a very dynamic and supportive environment.
Some of your main responsibilities will include:
* Accounts preparation.
* Portfolio Management.
* Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.* Tax Compliance: Assist in the preparation and submission of tax returns, ensuring adherence to tax laws and regulations.
*Support audit engagements by providing necessary documentation, reconciliations, and explanations to auditors.
* Client Advisory: Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on financial matters, including accounting treatments, tax planning, and financial strategies.
Mandatory requirements:
* ACA, CIMA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent qualification recognised in Ireland.
* Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience (PQE).
* Practice Experience: Preferably, the candidate should have experienceworking within an accounting practice, demonstrating a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
* Able towork in own initiative.
