THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited is partnered with a global Engineering business based in Fife. They're looking to hire a Sales Ledger to join a busy Accounts team of 4 and report into the Financial Controller.
SALES LEDGER DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
* Reviewinginvoice details generated by the ordering systems and verifying accuracy and completeness.
* Processing invoices through Sage* Ensuring correct allocation of invoice collection dates and methods
* Daily cash allocations to customer accounts.
* Chase any overdue accounts to ensure prompt receipt of cash.
* Build relationships with operational business teams to collaboratively resolve customer billing and account queries.
* Liaise with Field based Engineers to ensure Invoice details are accurateand up to date
* Provide analysis to support ledger clean-up and any write-off activities.
* Any ad-hoc tasks or analysis as required.
SALES LEDGER DESIRED EXPERIENCE
* Sage experience desirable or Xero or QuickBooks
* Intermediate MS Excel* Credit Control / Sales Ledger experience of 2 years +
FOR THIS THE SALES LEDGER WILL RECEIVE A COMPETITIVE SALARY OF UP TO£22,000 BASE + BENEFITS
