Sales Manager (Asset Finance)
Munster Region
As Sales Manager, you will generate revenue in the territory of Munster (Limerick,Clare, Tipperary, Kerry, W.Cork) by identifying Resellers (Supplies of Equipment/Assets) and Account Manage an existing ledgerof Resellers bringing them up to speed with the processes of asset finance and support their resale needs. As a Sales Manager, you will have excellent communication skills, capable of developing a personal connection with your client with a strategic approach to the financial market and be confident in evaluating financial risk. You are a dynamic, self-driven, and well-organized person who thrives on a challenge. seeking out new solutions to grow resellers in the territory with a solid financial services/retail banking background ideally with a 3rd-level qualification. As Sales Manager you will client visit new and potential resellers, evaluate prospects' benefits vs risks, monitor sales volumes, resolve possible issues, and study market trends.
Sales Manager - Asset Finance
* Identifying new resellers, sales meetings, consultancy, follow-ups, and final negotiations
* Cold acquisition with company tools to create new business opportunities and develop a business portfolio.
* Building long-lasting/strong partnerships with resellers and interacting using the best channels available
* Consulting and training reseller partners to get a complete understanding of all products and processes.
* Providing solutions according to the reseller's needsand acting like a consultant ensuring reseller satisfaction through the best customer experience.
* Participating in relevantnetworking events.
* Analysing reseller's financial situation to monitor risk and opportunities.
* Evaluating lease requestsup to the limits defined by the governance and communicating approval or rejection.
* Creating reports to Credit Centre for the evaluation of the request above limits assigned
* Respecting and applying Group Compliance Rules
