Description:
A top financial client is looking to hire a Sales Support/Admin to join their growing team in Co. Galway. Due to company growth, this position has opened up. This role requires experience as a Financial Admin and the candidate has to be QFA qualified.
Responsibilities
* Processing applications and claims acrossa number of product lines including Life Assurance, Serious Illness, Income Protection, Pensions, Investments and Savings Plansin accordance with the Product and Legislative requirements.
* Updating Policy and Client information on internal CRM system,scanning and copying applications.
* Daily management of Compliance and AML checklist
* Assist with the preparation of Client Financial Plans, Statements of Suitability, Client valuation and Review reports.
* Dealing with customer correspondence andqueries on an ongoing basis.
Requirements
* (QFA) Qualified Financial Advisor
* Excellent communication skills* Motivated, self-starter with ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
* Proven successful track record in career to date
* 2+ years in a similar role
