Overview of the IFA Administrator Role:
You will provide exceptional quality technical and general administrative support to the Private Client Director of a successful team. You supportthe Private Client Director in delivering an outstanding holistic financial planning service to new and existing HNW clients, who typically have complex planning needs.
You will be:
* Conducting client service and meeting preparation
* Attending client meetings where necessary and taking detailed notes
* Processing and submitting new business
* Obtain information to facilitate Annual Suitability Reviews
* Obtain literature, illustrations and forms
* Produce accurate client portfolio valuations and statements
* Prepare Voyant cashflow models
* General administration and ad hoc duties
Attributes and experiencerequired:
* Experience supporting a busy IFA and working with HNW individuals
* Experience in using iO (or equivalent system)
* Strong product knowledge and understanding of FCA regulations and compliance
* Industry qualifications would be an advantage
* Strong attention to detail
