The Role
My client, a well established financial advisory firm is seeking an experience Senior Life & Pension Administrator to join their team based in Dublin 4. This is a full-time, permanent, office-based position.
As a Senior Life & Pension Administrator, you will be responsible for the management of client queries, compliance implementation, new business processing and day to day administration in a fast-paced environment.
Tasks & Duties
* Technical Product Analysis
* Client interaction
* Preparation of suitability statements
* Compliance implementation
* New business processing
* Fund analysis & research
* Analysis of existing client arrangements
* Report preparation
* Management of clientqueries
Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications
* QFA qualified - essential
* A minimum of 2 years' experienceworking with life & Pensions administration for individual clients
* Experience in a Brokerage firm or Life Office.
* Technical knowledge of insurance, pension & investment products
* General knowledge of investment markets
* Computer andIT skills
* General numeric skills
* Excellent customer service skills
* Attention to detail
* Flexible with a strong ability to multi-task
* Technical, accurate, diligent and analytical
