Senior Relationship Manager| Private Banking | Gibraltar | On-site | Attractive renumeration package
A Senior Relationship Manager is required for an expanding Private Bank with a base in Gibraltar. The ideal candidate for this role will have extensive experience at a senior level in a client focussed relationship manager role, ideally with experience of workingwith HNW individuals, as well as Institutional clients and/or Funds. The Senior Relationship Manager will have excellent interpersonal skills and have a proven track record of delivering results to targets set.
Candidates must be eligible to livein Spain inline with Brexit regulation. If not, willing to reside in Gibraltar.

What You Will Be Doing
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with HNW clients.
* Provide personalized financial advice and solutions to clients based on their individual needs and goals.
* Manage a portfolio of client accounts and assets,ensuring their financial well-being and growth.
* Collaborate with various internal teams to deliver comprehensive banking andinvestment services to clients.
* Identify new business opportunities and prospects for wealth management services.
* Stayup-to-date on financial markets, investment products, and regulatory changes to offer informed guidance.
* Create and implement financial plans tailored to each client's objectives.
* Monitor and analyse the performance of client portfolios, making adjustments as needed.
* Handle client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
* Facilitate the onboarding of new clients and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
* Promote the bank's products and services to existing clients.
* Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for clients' financial success and security.
* Ensure adherence to ethical and legal standards in all client interactions.
* Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets while maintaining client satisfaction.What You Will Need to Succeed in This Role
* Minimum of 8 to 10 years' experience in a client relationship role witha track record of growth.
* Please note applications for this position would need to be supported with a comprehensive Business Plan.
* Experience with Private Clients, Institutional Clients or Funds.
* Must have a significant client portfolio &track record in acquisition.
* Strong team player, excellent organisational skills & strong initiative.
