My client, a growing accounting practice based in the heart of Limerick city, is looking for a Statutory Practice Accountant to join their team.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Company statutory accounts, Management Accounts, Sole trader accounts
- Ensure file completion to a high standard (Note the firm operates a paper-less file practice)
- Communicate with client effectively and efficiently in relation to queries- Present to a high standard the statutory accounts to the partner along with observations
In order to be successful you will be/bring:
* qualified accountant with 3-5 years' experience.
* Experience working with an accountancy practice ideally with SME's, Family businesses, sole raders.
* Advanced with MS Excel.
* Working experience with Sage Accounts Production, Sage One Accounting, Sage Micropay, Relate Accountancy Package would be beneficial but not mandatory.
Something to consider:
The managing partner is focused on growing the business to be a 1m per annum fee income business. To this end, the focus ofthe managing partner will be business development. Therefore the successful candidate may be expected to head up the statutoryaccounts division of the business. This role could develop in to a senior management role with the potential for equity share inthe future.
