Description:
My client, a Data Centre Construction company, constructing multiple Turnkey Data Centre Projects in 8 different European Countries, are currently seeking a Tax Manager to join their growing Team.
The person will take ownership of the Irish and Europeantax function. They are looking for someone who can communicate effectively across the business. This role reports to the FinanceDirector and is critical to ensuring the Company is compliant with tax legislation.
Responsibilities
* Oversee corporateincome tax return compliance.
* Ensure that all tax returns are completed and filed in a timely manner.
* Assisting SeniorManagement with various issues related to global mobility, internal and external tax inquiries/tax audits as they arise, and with the preparation of local and master transfer pricing files.
* Keep up to date with changes in local tax legislation.Required Skills & Qualifications
* Professional tax qualification (AITI/CTA or equivalent), ideally accounting qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
* PQE tax experience with Big 4 or Top 10 public accounting firm and/or multinational corporation desired.* Advanced knowledge of tax accounting, audit process, and tax law.
* Excellent drafting, communication, and organisationalskills.
* A high level of motivation and a friendly manner.
* Comfort with being self-directed and learning quickly to tackle time-sensitive tasks.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and matters simultaneously.
