Description:
A client within the Finance Sector is currently seeking to hire a skilled Team Leader within their Operations function to join their busy team in Co. Clare. This is a newly created positiondue to company growth. This role requires experience in the financial sector and previous management of a team.
The company has a hybrid policy in place of 1-2 days a week in the office.This is a permanent position.
Responsibilities
* Lead team to consistently delivers required levels of service to ensure the optimum customer experience across all interactions.
* Ensureall tasks are conducted in a manner compliant with all policies, procedures and legislative requirements
* Appraise, coach and develop team members to ensure development to agreed business standards
* To create and maintain a positive culture within the team
Requirements
* Accredited Product Adviser
* Previous experience in a dynamic and fast paced environment
* Experience in an analytical environment
* Excellent communications, coaching and presentation skills
