GetRecruited are supporting a rapidly expanding, reputable firm who are seeking a Telesales Executive to join their growing sales team.
Based from their office in Newbury, as the Telesales Executive you will be responsible for developing business relationships. You will be given warm leads, however you will be expected to generate your own leads through networking, referrals and social media too. Full training will be provided for the right candidate who possesses the drive and ambition to succeed!
Thisis a perfect opportunity for an individual from a Customer Service, Business Development, Account Management, Telesales or Salesbackground, who is confident to speak with senior decision makers on the phone and offer a consultative approach. * The Telesales Executive will be sourcing new opportunities through lead generation
* Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
* Speaking in depth about the portfolio of services that the client can offer
* Handling and overcoming objections before closing the sale
* Re-engage with lost opportunities through fact find
* Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique sellingpropositions and differentiators
* Maintain and expand your database of prospects, ensuring that you have a strong sales pipeline
* Working towards weekly and monthly targets
* Completing administrative work as required
THE PERSON:
* PreviousCustomer Service / Business Development / Telesales experience is highly desirable, but not essential
* Past experience of working within the financial industry would be advantageous
* Professional approach with excellent communication skills
* Ability to use your own initiative and work towards targets
* Motivated and highly organised
