My client, one of the world's leading accountancy and advisory organisations based in Ireland and other 167 countries, is looking for a Transaction Services Assistant Manager to join the Corporate Finance and Transaction Services department on a permanent basis in Dublin.
This department advises and supports many Irish businesses, and international investors into Irish businesses, on their M&A and fundraising transactions.
You will have a key role in a variety of exciting projects and work closely alongside senior experienced professionals (both in your team, and within your clients' businesses). You will also gain experience evaluating businesses strategic plans, gaining exposure to a variety of industry sectors. This is an opportunity to take on and lead full ownership of projects, withpractical training, development and learning supported by continuous guidance to help you to develop and progress.
In orderto be successful, you will need to be:
* recently qualified accountant
* looking to transition to a more commercially focused and advisory oriented role
* interested in broadening your financial skillset
* interested in joining a market leading and dynamic transaction services team
