StaffAid are currently looking for an experienced Area Manager to oversee our Leicester and Lincoln branches. Longer term the role will involve an additional 1 or 2 branches being added before the end of 2023. The successful candidates should have experience as an area manager working within Healthcare and with Care Homes and will be reporting directly into the Healthcare sector Board. Later in the year there will be a requirement to merge 2 of our current brands and ensure that working practices are identical across these brands, the successful candidate will oversee this project alongside the sector Managing Director.
This is a huge opportunity for the right candidate to lead this area of the business longer term and be added to the wider Healthcare Board within the MCG Group if successful within this role.
The role will involve the following duties and responsibilities;
Budgeting and Forecasting
Motivating the team to hit figures
Hiring new staff and overseeing promotionsIdentifying locations to open new branches in future
Identifying new clients within the geography and securing their work alongside the team
Ownership of pay and charge rates for candidates and clients
Communicating with clients on a regular basisEnsuring consistency across all branches
Reporting figures and performance into the Managing Director
