My client is a global multidisciplinary search firm with offices in London and internationally. They bridge the gap between major contingent operators and retained board level search firms. 50% of their work is done on either a retained on an exclusive basis, with roles ranging from £70,000 to £350,000, they also have a presence in the 'excess of £1m' candidate space.
They are seeking an Associate Consultant or Consultant to join their large specialist Tax team. As well as a market leading remuneration package my client invests significantly in training and development, in research, advertising and in support functions facilitating the ability to grow individuals network and maximizing their ability to deliver to clients .
The ideal candidate will be a top performer and have at least 6 months' experience within recruitment, preferably within Tax or FS but this is by no means essential; one of the company's top billers came from a hospitality recruitment background.
